利用規約＆キャンセル規定

■ Licensed Travel Agency Status / 正規旅行業者としての運営

1. Fully Licensed Operations: We are a legally registered Travel Agency in Japan. We handle all travel arrangements including domestic flights, bullet trains, accommodations, dining, and private transportation.
2. Comprehensive Responsibility: We take full responsibility for planning, arranging, and managing your itinerary to ensure a seamless and safe journey.
3. Concierge Services: For chat-based concierge plans, we provide remote assistance, routing advice, and reservation support during your stay. 1. 旅行業登録の明示：当事業は、日本の旅行業法に基づく正規の旅行業者です。航空券、新幹線、宿泊施設、飲食手配、専用車を含むすべての旅行手配を合法的に代行いたします。
2. 手配責任：お客様が安全かつ快適なご旅行を楽しめるよう、旅程の企画から予約手配、管理まで、当事業が責任をもって遂行いたします。
3. コンシェルジュサービス：チャットサポートプランにおいては、滞在中の情報提供、ルート案内、および飲食店等の予約代行を提供いたします。

■ Cancellation Policy / キャンセル規定

Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule (based on Japan Standard Time):

キャンセル料は以下のスケジュールに従って発生いたします（日本時間を基準とします）：

14 days or more before 14日前まで（2週間前）	100% Refund (Free Cancellation) 全額返金（キャンセル無料）
Between 13 days and 7 days before 13日前〜7日前まで（1週間前）	50% Refund 50%返金（キャンセル料50%）
Within 6 days before 6日以内（1週間未満）	No Refund 返金不可（キャンセル料100%）

*Transaction fees for refunds via PayPal or credit card will be deducted from the refund amount.
※返金の際のPayPal手数料・振込手数料はお客様負担となり、返金額から差し引かれます。
*No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
※無連絡の不参加については、いかなる場合も返金いたしかねます。

■ Disclaimer / 免責事項

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure a smooth journey, we cannot be held responsible for unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, sudden transportation delays, or changes made directly by third-party vendors. お客様に円滑なご旅行を提供するため万全を期しておりますが、天天災地変、悪天候、交通機関の突発的な遅延、または第三者提供元の都合による急な変更など、当事業の管理が及ばない不可抗力による損害については、その責任を負いかねます。

Collected information is used solely for service booking management, itinerary execution, partner recruitment, and responding to inquiries. 収集した個人情報は、旅行手配・予約の管理、サービス業務の遂行、パートナー登録の選考、およびお問い合わせへの回答のみに使用いたします。

■ Third-Party Disclosure / 第三者提供について

We do not provide personal information to third parties except when required by law or necessary for service fulfillment (e.g., booking hotels or transport) through authorized partners. 法令に基づく場合、または旅行手配（宿泊施設や交通機関等の予約）に必要な範囲で提携パートナーへ開示する場合を除き、第三者への提供は行いません。

■ Information Security / 安全管理

We implement appropriate encryption and management systems to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or leakage. 不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏洩などのリスクに対し、適切な暗号化および管理体制を構築し、個人情報を守ります。
