■ Service Nature & Legal Compliance / サービスの性質と法的遵守

1. Consulting Service: This service provides information, itinerary advice, and communication support for travelers.
2. Non-Travel Agency Status: We are not a registered travel agency under the Japanese Travel Agency Act. We do NOT sell travel packages or handle bookings/payments for transportation or accommodations for a fee.
3. Direct Contracts: All bookings must be made directly between the customer and the service providers.
4. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any accidents or disputes during your travel. 1. コンサルティング業務：当サービスは、情報提供や行程のアドバイスを行う「コンシェルジュサービス」です。
2. 非旅行業の明示：当事業は旅行業法に基づく旅行業者ではないため、航空券や宿泊施設等の「手配（予約・支払の代行）」および「旅行商品の販売」は一切行いません。
3. 契約の主体：宿泊施設や交通機関等の予約は、お客様ご自身が各提供者と直接契約を結ぶものとします。
4. 責任の範囲：提案した行程の実行中に発生した事故やトラブルについて、当事業は一切の責任を負いかねます。

■ Cancellation Policy / キャンセル規定

Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule (based on Japan Standard Time):

キャンセル料は以下のスケジュールに従って発生いたします（日本時間を基準とします）：

7 days or more before 7日前まで	100% Refund (Free Cancellation) 全額返金（キャンセル無料）
Between 7 days and 48 hours before 7日前〜48時間前まで	50% Refund 50%返金（キャンセル料50%）
Within 48 hours before 48時間以内	No Refund 返金不可（キャンセル料100%）

*Transaction fees for refunds via PayPal will be deducted from the refund amount.
※返金の際のPayPal手数料・振込手数料はお客様負担となり、返金額から差し引かれます。
*No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
※無連絡の不参加については、いかなる場合も返金いたしかねます。

■ Disclaimer / 免責事項

We are not liable for inability to provide services due to natural disasters, communication failures, or other causes beyond our control. 天災地変、通信障害、その他当事業の責によらない事由によりサービスの提供が困難となった場合、当事業はその責任を負わないものとします。

Japan Local Concierge establishes this policy to ensure the thorough protection of personal information. Japan Local Concierge（以下「当事業」）は、以下の通り個人情報保護方針を定め、安全管理を徹底いたします。

Collected information is used solely for service booking management, concierge operations, partner recruitment, and responding to inquiries. 収集した個人情報は、サービス予約の管理、コンシェルジュ業務の遂行、パートナー登録の選考、およびお問い合わせへの回答のみに使用いたします。

■ Third-Party Disclosure / 第三者提供について

We do not provide personal information to third parties except when required by law or necessary for service fulfillment through authorized partners. 法令に基づく場合、またはサービス遂行に必要な範囲で提携パートナーへ開示する場合を除き、第三者への提供は行いません。

■ Information Security / 安全管理

We implement appropriate encryption and management systems to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or leakage. 不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏洩などのリスクに対し、適切な暗号化および管理体制を構築し、個人情報を守ります。
