■ Service Nature / サービスの性質

This service facilitates matching and consultation between travelers and local partners. Safety management during actual travel is the responsibility of the customer. 当サービスは、旅行者とローカルパートナーを繋ぐマッチングおよび相談支援サービスです。実際の旅行行程における安全管理はお客様自身の責任において行われるものとします。

■ Cancellation Policy / キャンセル規定

Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule (based on Japan Standard Time):

キャンセル料は以下のスケジュールに従って発生いたします（日本時間を基準とします）：

7 days or more before 7日前まで	100% Refund (Free Cancellation) 全額返金（キャンセル無料）
Between 7 days and 48 hours before 7日前〜48時間前まで	50% Refund 50%返金（キャンセル料50%）
Within 48 hours before 48時間以内	No Refund 返金不可（キャンセル料100%）

*Transaction fees for refunds via PayPal will be deducted from the refund amount.
※返金の際のPayPal手数料・振込手数料はお客様負担となり、返金額から差し引かれます。
*No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
※無連絡の不参加については、いかなる場合も返金いたしかねます。

■ Disclaimer / 免責事項

We are not liable for inability to provide services due to natural disasters, communication failures, or other causes beyond our control. 天災地変、通信障害、その他当事業の責によらない事由によりサービスの提供が困難となった場合、当事業はその責任を負わないものとします。

Collected information is used solely for service booking management, concierge operations, partner recruitment, and responding to inquiries. 収集した個人情報は、サービス予約の管理、コンシェルジュ業務の遂行、パートナー登録の選考、およびお問い合わせへの回答のみに使用いたします。

We do not provide personal information to third parties except when required by law or necessary for service fulfillment through authorized partners. 法令に基づく場合、またはサービス遂行に必要な範囲で提携パートナーへ開示する場合を除き、第三者への提供は行いません。

We implement appropriate encryption and management systems to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or leakage. 不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏洩などのリスクに対し、適切な暗号化および管理体制を構築し、個人情報を守ります。
