Both private guiding packages and chauffeured vehicle charters vary depending on your requested date, duration, and destination area. Whether inquiring about a walking tour or adding a private chauffeured vehicle, please provide the following four details so we can prepare an accurate quote:

01. Date & Time	Preferred tour date(s) and requested start / pickup time
02. Location / Area	Target service areas (e.g., Tokyo, Kamakura, Hakone, Mt. Fuji) and preferred meeting / pickup location
03. Number of Guests	Total number of participants (plus luggage volume, if requesting a chauffeured vehicle)
04. Duration of Use	Desired guiding hours (e.g., half-day, full-day 8 hours, or custom schedule) and vehicle charter duration

Operational Policies

Mandatory On-Site Expenses: The package rate covers pre-trip consulting and the guide’s accompaniment fee only. All actual on-site expenses incurred during the tour—including public transportation fares, e-bike rentals, admission fees, and meals for both guests and the guide—must be paid directly by the guests on the day of service.

Licensed Chauffeur Operations: In accordance with Japan’s Road Transportation Act and Travel Agency Act, all chauffeured vehicle services are entrusted to and operated by officially licensed Japanese hire car operators (commercial green license plate vehicles).
